Phone shopping for nationwide coverage

So far, after searching all of the cell phone carriers, the best is still Sprint, with respect to cost for use. It is a shame though that their unlimited data only applies to cell phones and not to their tablets too. Means I have to use a smartphone to do my video conferencing but to use the whiteboard I will have to have a WiFi service so that I can do this service alongside using the phone.  Here is a copy of what I am proposing to get, it should cost me a bit less if the Sprint guys are correct in that Werner Enterprises offers a discount on these services.
